HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Simply reach out to our customer care team with the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we will take care of the rest.
We’ll provide a return label, which you should attach to your original box. The cost of return shipping is $6.00 and it will be deducted from your final refund. Once we receive your return (in its original box), we’ll assess the returned merchandise. It can take 5-7 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse to assess your return. If it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund!
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly, and we may not be able to change your order details. Just contact our customer care team as soon as possible, and a beauty guru will let you know if your order can still be changed.
If it’s too late to change your order, you can always return your order for a refund.

Keep in mind that if your billing address doesn’t match the credit card company’s records, your order won’t be placed. Please double check the address and billing information you’ve entered and try again.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
There are a few reasons you may not have received an order confirmation:
- Your order confirmation may be stuck in your spam folder. Make sure to check there first!
- If you have set spam filters too high, our emails could be deleted once they are received. Check your delete settings.
- If Goodly Cosmetics is not added to your address book, you may not receive confirmations from us. Make sure to add us to your contact list!
- Your order may not have been successfully submitted.
